    For your experience in-person at ODX

    The health and safety of our guests, suppliers and staff remains our top priority. We will continue to monitor and follow Government regulations and guidance throughout the planning, opening and running of all our events and we ask that everyone visiting our events please familiarise themselves with the latest Government advice before they attend.

    This page will be regularly updated in accordance with Government advice.

    Please note: If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms associated with Coronavirus (Covid-19) you will not be permitted entry to the event.

    Proof of vaccination

    In line with the government guidelines, you will not require proof of vaccination or a negative covid test in order to attend the event. We would however recommend taking a lateral flow test on the day of the event and advise you not to attend should you receive a positive result.

    If you have bought a pass, but can no longer attend the event due to a positive COVID-19 test result, please contact the FT Live Customer Services Team as soon as possible via email at ftlive@ft.com or by calling +44 (0) 207 775 6653.

    What other measures will be in place?

    Hand sanitiser will be available however face-masks and social distancing will be optional, so we advise individuals to act responsibly and be respectful of others.

    How will my personal data be handled?

    Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Whilst the Covid pandemic is ongoing, we are also processing your data in accordance with the latest Government Guidance.
